In 2014, together with the CESA Wohn- und Gewerbebau, we founded CEWOGE, (Residential and Commercial Construction Ltd.), which is our in-house construction management company. This enables us to act as a general planner and to support the implementation of work stages 1-9 according to the German regulations for Architects and Engineers. Our skills include the following:
